• 🦟 We are in a beautiful tropical area — mosquitoes and occasional local insects are a natural part of the environment.
• 🧹 Daily housekeeping is included, with one day off per week.
• 👶 The house and pool are not childproofed. Young children remain under the sole responsibility of their guardians at all times.
• 🚫 The house is not intended for parties or events — these are strictly prohibited.
• 🔇 Quiet hours apply: no loud music or noise after 9:00 PM or before 10:00 AM.
• ⚡ Occasional brief power or internet outages may occur in the Punta Zicatela area — service is typically restored quickly.
• 🪜 The only access to the house is via the main staircase — please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns.
